Biographies of the Performers

Albert M. (Al) Erisman – Executive in Residence emeritus at the School of Business, Government, and Economics at Seattle Pacific University (SPU). He co-chairs the board of the Theology of Work Project (theologyofwork.org) and serves on the board of the Center for Integrity in Business at SPU. He is the author of The Accidental Executive: Lessons on Business, Faith, and Calling from the Life of Joseph (Hendrickson, May 2015).

Ross Hauck – Tenor and music director at Covenant Presbyterian Church. He holds advanced degrees in music from Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and is a frequent guest soloist with arts organizations across the country. Ross lives with his wife and four children in Maple Valley. His deepest passion is the integration of art and faith, of wonder and worship. (rosshauck.com)

Alicia A. Lewis – Composer and pianist. Alicia brought her academic background in theology (M.A.T.S. Bethel Seminary) and ethnomusicology (M.A. Musicology, University of WA), as well as her experience as a lifelong church musician, to the composition of the oratorio Joseph. She finds her greatest joy in creating a wide variety of music that leads the listener into a deeper connection to God, the source of all beauty, mercy, and love. (alicialewismusic.com)
