At the age of five, God used my mother’s health crisis to connect us with a family who not only introduced us to the Gospel, but demonstrated the love of Jesus by inviting our family of five to live with them for nearly two years. Judy and I married after college and God gave us three children, now married, who have given us 13 grandchildren. Employment has included US Army officer, college math instructor, flight control engineer (Boeing), and over 11 years as a missionary in Ethiopia, India, and Egypt mainly teaching theology. I’ve served in a number of para-church organizations, including two Christian School boards. I’ve been active at CPC as greeter, communion prep, adult SS teacher, ELL teacher, missions committee, and building and grounds work. A favorite part of Scripture is Psalm 37.
