We support a local Care Net clinic with needed supplies and encouragement. The Crisis Pregnancy Center provides care, information, answers, and options to women and their partners who have found themselves in an unplanned situation. In this ministry, we continue to seek and to glorify God by encouraging His people to view all life as sacred and precious. We pray that through God’s guidance we may serve Him, as well as our community through this ministry. We also pray for those that choose abortion, that their hearts will be changed.
Each year we support Care Net through their Baby Bottle Campaign, that runs from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day, collecting change, with the proceeds going to Care Net of Pierce County. Each month we also contribute many needed items for the newborn babies and their mothers. These donations include items such as diapers, bottles, wipes, bedding, clothing, highchairs, and strollers.
We also helped Care Net fund a Medical Mobile Unit, including the unit, wrap, and sonogram, as well as funds for two years of staffing and operations for the unit. As these units are sent out in the new year, please pray for the workers who will staff these vans and the women who will visit them.
