Women’s Ministry

Welcome to the Women’s Ministry of Covenant Presbyterian Church! We seek to EQUIP the women in the knowledge of the Lord and His Word; next, to CONNECT women in the body; and finally, to ENCOURAGE each woman to serve others using her God-given gifts.

If you have any questions, concerns, or ideas about any of the following ministries, you can email us.

EQUIP

LADIES’ BIBLE STUDY

Please join us as we study God’s Word, including discussion and real-life application, fellowship, and prayer. Gathering together as a multi-generational group of women provides a depth and breadth of discussion and learning, and creates an environment that fosters the growth of rich relationships.

TITUS WOMEN

These gatherings are inspired by Titus 2:3-7, calling the older women to encourage and equip the younger women in the body of Christ. Each year, we select a theme found in God’s word. Several times throughout the year, we gather for scripture-based teaching on that theme, fellowship over dinner and small group time, and prayer.

For more information about the next gathering or to arrange a ride, email us.

CONNECT

FACE TO FACE

These are kind of like “CPC Girls’ Nights Out,” but with the purpose of Christian fellowship and getting to know one another in a deeper way. You will get to hear a CPC sister’s testimony of God’s work and faithfulness in her life.

This series meets in the home of one of our sisters.

For more information about the next gathering or to arrange a ride, email us.

ENCOURAGE

COMFORT CRAFTS

Sisters of all ages are invited to join us in the chapel on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, from 1-4pm! Bring a craft to work on or come for the fellowship! This gathering for women of all ages is a sweet time of encouragement, as well as inspiration to love and serve others.
Visit the Event Page for all the information.

BABY SHOWERS

The church will arrange a baby shower for the first child born to a family since they have been attending CPC.

KITCHEN HELP

If you are interested in helping in the kitchen, whether it’s accepting food before events, setting up for and cleaning up after events, or helping to coordinate events, contact our Kitchen Coordinator, Heidi Dillow (email in the directory or contact the office).

MEALS MINISTRY

Our meals coordinator, Susan Dix, serves as a liaison between families with needs and the church body. She contacts the family and establishes dates, contact information, and dietary restrictions, then sets up a site on Meal Train and shares the link with the rest of the church. The need for meals varies, but may include: new baby, move, illness, or injury.
